    FanTuan on-line ordering app applied upcharge for each meal ordered from a restaurant when it was ordered the day before and not delivered but picked up at the restaurant. I have left the same review for the restaurant suggesting they remove FanTuan from their site. You should not be charged extra for each meal when picking up at the restaurant. A small use fee for the pre-order service might be allowable but not upcharging each order. Very poor business practice. See FanTuan transaction order from May 27th 2024 for pick-up on May 28th 2024 from ****** Chicken in ******** (Bridle Trails) under ordering # *****.

    Folks this isnt a not a US company. I had horrible service last night. I ordered a complete meal for several in my family and found a small box containing a single piece of flatbread left by my front door. I could not contact the Fantuan company or the delivery person. The flatbread has not been touched, we had to prepare another meal for dinner. I have disputed the charge and am alerting my neighbors thru NEXTDOOR to avoid Fantuan.

    All these negative reviews are so accurate! The drivers are the absolute worst! It's unfortunate one of my favorite restaurants only uses them. But today was definitely the third strike for me. Never again will I order with Fantuan. I don't even understand how they stay in business with this kind of service. Sad, just sad.

    I ordered my food from the ****** search. Two hours later, I hadnt received my food. I called the restaurantthey didnt have an order. I called Fantuanthey said it had been delivered over an hour earlier. I open my front door and there it is. No notifications. No knock. No phone call. No nothing. It was cold and soggy. Fantuan did not make this right. ***************** are insane to use this app. Its the worst. I WILL NEVER use it again!

    they force u to tip so u basically cant place an order unless u tip and the lowest is 10%..

    Now I understand why this platform has such a low ratings. When customer complain, when your complaint is on the food quality, instead of solving issues they called you millions of times just to tell you your food was made and delivered the same day so there is nothing they can do. There is no customer service at all???????

    I ordered some food delivery via Fantuan to my residential address on Mar 2nd, 2023. Upon the Fantuan delivery person's arrival, he demanded a 15% tip, which is around $15 on top of the delivery fee and service fee I've already paid to them. I refused, and told him I would pay the amount I'm comfortable with. Then he took my food that I've already fully paid and left. I contacted Fantuan and asked for cancellation and a refund, and they said, "once the food order is fullfiled by the restaurant, we cannot refund you." and assigned me another food delivery person. When the new person arrived at the restaurant, she called my cell and asked how much I was about to pay her for tips. I told her tips are based on the quality of service and distance between the restaurant and my address. She then said, "** **** **** ** *** **** ******** ****." I reached out to Fantuan again and they finally cancelled my order, but refused to refund the membership fee. I'm not going to use Fantuan's service any more for the month going forward but cannot get the money back. In summary, this business is letting their employees forcing tips and not giving refund when the customer's rights have already been violated. I wish BBB can pay attention to this unethical business. Their delivery persons are also violating the traffic rules in GVA, (their scooters dont have a license plate), which will potentially cause parking issues and car accidents.
