    Poor communication, unaccountable, unprofessional service, and unhygienic. They did not show up for duct cleaning appointment, and when we called, they said the team was delayed at another job. However, when the two persons actually showed up, they were from their "sister" company and confirmed they didn't even know they had an appointment. They never obtained our approval to send another company in their stead.The team drilled a hole in our furnace drain and did not properly seal the holes. Their vacuums were weak and couldn't pick up any dust into the equipment, instead blowing dust everywhere into the house. The team was also unnecessarily touching and leaning on my mattress.I will not recommend this company, nor their sister company Angels Heating and Cooling.

    Furnace was installed Dec. 30 2024. Fully paid for by Feb 8 2025. City inspection wasn't arranged by the company until May 20. It failed due to leaking gas and the CO2 exhaust pipe wasn't glued in. The inspector red tagged it and shut off the gas. It was made safe to use on June 2 after twice making arrangements for a service visit, both times no shows and no phonecall to let me know.The inspection was supposed to be called in the next day after installation, not 5 months later. The unsafe furnace was in use for 5 months during the heating season posing health concerns.I expressed my concerns to a co-owner *** who said that" It's just a little gas leak. Nobody died and the house didn't blow up". I asked for compensation. *** indicated that I would get nothing. The next day I was offered 2 years of furnace maintenance. I rejected their offer. Why would I want service from a company that doesn't show up?I told *** that I wanted to be paid back 50% of the amount I paid them as compensation. I have since been offered 5%. I rejected this latest offer several days ago but haven't heard back.I'm hoping to resolve this soon.

    Canadian cares were spot on with their heat pump installation. they were super nice and kind when they helped us, especially ***. this installation changed the entire feeling of the house. even with the dead cold ******* and drought filled summer and spring. would definitely recommend for anyone thinking about getting a heat pump, furnace, and even hot water tanks and boilers.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with! After requesting new heat pump to be installed this company showed up unscheduled the next day while I was at work looking to install. I had not even received an invoice or agreed to payment yet - which they said they would provide before SCHEDULIING a time to install. My wife had them go ahead as she wasn't sure what to do. They installed the wrong unit - an AC unit not a heat pump. After install it didn't even work properly - it blew hot air and this was in August! Had them come back to install correct unit and agreed to new furnace as well because of available rebates (at this point I was stuck with this company). This took close to a month. After install heat pump and furnace did not work properly - would not shut off at set temperature and would not heat, only cool even though they had assured me they tested everything. Had them come back again. Said it was faulty thermostat. Came back again and installed new thermostat. Still did not work properly (wouldn't shut off at set temp) even though again they claimed everything had been tested. This went on for 2 weeks and I had to physically pull the thermostat out and put it back in to control the heat. Blamed thermostat again. Another new thermostat. *** the tech (and part owner) had to call the thermostat company for advice each time he came as he clearly had no idea how to set up the thermostat even though he claimed to have the same system in his own home! Finally got system working properly and then they screwed up the rebate info.Overall I found this company to be incompetent, misleading and dishonest. I later found out they subcontracted the install to a different company without telling me. They were at my home a total of seven times over the course of 2 months to get done what they said they would do in one day! **** and *** will tell you what you want to hear - DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. They are nice people and sound professional, but they are not competent at their jobs.

    Hi *****,After the experience I have had with your company I would not use you again even with complimentary service calls. If you truly wanted to make up for the experience I have had you would refund me a portion of the money you charged me for the work you performed to make up for the numerous times I had to alter my schedule, take time off of work and lose out on pay in order to be home to have various problems rectified. Your company needlessly cost me a lot of time, money and headache and did not deliver on what was agreed upon (and paid for) time and time again.

    Greasy sales practices and poor accounting follow up.After showing up 8 hours late for a maintenance appointment, they "tested" the furnace and determined that it was "leaking" and then proceeded to convince my ****** ******* mother in law (**** ******* ****** ******) into having a new furnace installed the next day. This was at 9pm at night, and the work was ordered halted the following morning prior to anything being done.They have yet to provide the results of the testing they performed and continue to send an invoice for the work that was never done. Trying to get in contact with their seemingly nonexistent accounting department has been frustrating, *** * **** ** ****** **** *** *********** **** **** *** **** ********** *********.**** ** ******* ***** ** ********* ********* Look somewhere else for professional service.

    We needed a new furnace,we checked several companies and decided on Canadian care heating and cooling was exemplary. The staff . we are glad we did.
    The service was exemplary. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and the furnace works great. highly recommended.
