  I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. The quality of the structure is beyond reproach. The glass rattles in the "durawood", the s**** heads are improperly aligned and rounded out. The so called durawood is like a combination of paper machete and the plastic from a milk carton. If you lift it it bows and if pressure is applied it cracks. While assembling the structure according to instructions the wind blew it over and ripped the screws from the durawood leaving big chunks of material on the ground. The framed structure was ripped in two. After several communications with the company they offered no reasonable option for a poorly designed structure. They were even accusatory in their assessment even though the pictures were consistent with the reported event. We sought the opinion of 2 local contractors who were appalled at the materials being used in the structure. They recommended not trying make the structure work due to the poor quality of the materials. Our only option now is to use legal means to recapture our over $12,000 investment in the worst materials I have ever seen. The company is unwilling to work with us. Definitely a buyer beware flag if you are considering one of their products.

  I received my long awaited ************* after 1 year. I was so elated!!!! I had read the reviews and it seemed like a simple 2 man process to put together. I called several male family members to put it together and they broke some parts. I was devastated. I called the same day to order the replacement parts. I paid $750 for the parts and now its been over a year and a few months that I have not received the replacement parts. Order your gazebo from a reliable company. Every time I call I get a different story about when to expect my parts. I have no choice but to wait otherwise I waste $5,000 dollars.

  The delays with your gazebo and replacement components were directly related to the Covid 19 pandemic. Due to the unprecedented nature of the situation, we were receiving, and regrettably forwarding, incorrect information from our suppliers and carriers. Unfortunately, the entire supply chain was affected from lockdowns including material suppliers, sub-contractors and logistics providers.Fortunately, our first verifiable shipping information arrived last week. Based on the documents received, we are expecting all our outstanding shipments to arrive within the next four weeks. We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused you. We thank you for your patience and look to have this resolved shortly.
