    I bought a bench from this company and within a few months one of the steel parts bent. I emailed the company and they said they would ship out a part but never did. I have emailed the company multiple times and called and left messages but no one will respond. I would avoid buying from this company as their products are not good quality and they do not honour their warranties.

    I bought a large bundle of equipment from this company. My main issue is one of the posts on the squat cage is bent. I've been trying for 6 months to get them to send me a replacement post. They responded once 2 months ago saying they would send me the replacement post. Also, the cage is wobbly because of it's design making some of the attachments useless. Most notably the dip bar attachment is unusable/unsafe. The paint started flaking off since day one. The weight plates all weigh 44lbs instead of 45lbs. the 7' bar came damaged on one end from poor packaging/shipping. Overall the ethics of this company seems to be poor.

    The weight bench as part of the crystal blue squat rack bundle broke after 2-3 months of use. They will not replace but offered to send replacement parts. Have not been sent yet and they are not responding to my emails, messages on messenger, nor do they have a working contact number where I can speak with anyone. I was able to speak with an employee however he was not customer service. The product is terrible and the customer support is even worse. I will never purchase from ezreal armwrestling club ever again.
