Hired this company to install downspouts on my grandmothers solarium. She called me later that day saying the technician spent 30 mins, left a mess, didn't install downspouts & tried charging me approx $400. This company is not qualified nor know what they are doing with anything gutter related or they were **** ****** ** **** ********* ** ** ******* ***** Would NOT recommend

This work happened in Nov 2022. When our Tech arrived he determined that the gutters were full of debris which was causing the overflow problem. He spent approx 2 hours cleaning the gutters and left the debris in a garbage bag to be disposed of with the household garbage. The invoice provided was for the 2 hours spent. The client has ignored out requests for payment for over a year and has only responded when a demand letter was sent advising failure to pay would result in the file being sent to a collections agency.Review fromJuanito G

Hired them to fix our sink door. The handyman came but in the wrong place... ******* **** before coming ** **** to the basement and still went to the front, making it complicated. Then he went fix the sink door and what he did just glue it, after we remove the glue it didnt even work at all... I paid 250$ for nothing. ***** ***** Hired another handyman and he does great and totally fix the door with less pay... Beware of this company. Hello *******, I am sorry this service was not performed correctly and this Tech is no longer an employee. We warranty our workmanship for a full year and would have happily scheduled another Service Tech had you let us know there was an issue. As you have already retained another company we can offer a credit for the invoice on any future service. Please contact our office if you would like to arrange this.
