    I want to thank BCRC for doing an excellent job at our house. Tony visited our place at least twice and gave us a very detailed quote for installation of a new boiler and new water tank, including removal of the existing defective boiler. He answered all our questions patiently and returned all our emails promptly to assist us in making a decision as to which make of a boiler we should purchase. He came with his team consisting of Adam and Arkan, all courteous, friendly and proved to be highly skilful and professional. Even a layman in the trade, we could tell the care and attention they paid to every detail of the procedures, and the high standards they applied. Tony, in particular, was amazing. He tackled every step with unfailing precision and chose to put in extra hours late in the evening to check every little detail to make sure a perfect job was done. We were very impressed by his expertise and professionalism. We were also very grateful because there was no mess left. Thanks to Tony who was exceptionally organized and tidy. Even the clean-up was flawless. Last but not the least, we want to thank Rosa in the office who was most helpful in her assistance with our application for a rebate through the ********’s Home Renovation Rebate Program. We are very comfortable that we can go back to BCRC if we have any further questions or concerns. We appreciate and are extremely satisfied with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them.
