      our furnace wouldnt start. called Milani, quick service response. *** arrives, a very perssonable employee of MilaniFound the problem in the thermostat(needed newbatteries. He said he always listens to the client which he did when i said there was no light on the thermostat. Problem solved immediately with no major problem to fix ***** to ***, I recommend him for employee of the month ********************

      Milani did our repiping in the fall of 2022 and they were very efficient, professional, and complete. We asked for insulation on the hot water lines which they did for the most part. They reimbursed us for the insulation on the peripheral lines that they had not been able to complete in the 2 weeks. They replaced outdated controls on two showers and a bathtub drain. The apprentice installed the controls upside down and they immediately corrected this. I am glad to have learners come when they are supervised. So I called them again to help us with the shower, faucets and drains for the renovation in the master bathroom. ******* came and realized the work was more extensive than originally thought. He corrected the length of the drains for the sinks. He installed the shower and supplied no charge a different spout for the bath as we had not received the correct plumbing piece from *********** We asked about a bathtub drain in a different part of the house and ******* looked at the situation carefully and gave appropriate advice. We are delighted that they came within 24 hours of calling, and completed the work in one visit. Thank you, ******* and Milani.They were up front about the expense and it was worth it to get the jobs done properly.
