    The cost of removing one sofa bed was three times the cost quoted on the initial phone call. I was originally told it would be between $80 and $100. In the phone call I was told that the cost would depend on weight and the fee for the landfill. When the men arrived, I was told that the cost would depend on the space filled in the truck and there would be an extra charge for the mattress, which would no longer fold completely away because of broken mechanics in the sofa. I removed the mattress and said that I would dispose of the mattress myself. By then, the sofa was out the door. I was presented with a bill for $200 which listed tax as $70 dollars. It should have been $10. This is for a service; no products were involved. I paid $170 more than the initial quote and I still have to fold up the mattress and take it to the landfill.

    Don't do it!! Three men, 4 hrs and only bathroom & kitchen were done. I did more work than they did. They arrived with no cleaning supplies or even a vacuum. Damage was done to my stainless sink from using a knife(?) to scrape a partially dissolved gummy. I asked them to clean kitchen cupboards, inside and out. Only 3 out of 7 got done. less than 1/2 the work was done yet i had to pay 3/4 of estimate. Don't do it!!
