    Went to Mr lube for an oil change, I chose synthetic oil and they told me that they will do the service. After some time employees told me that the oil filter is cross threaded and told me that they can't finish the service. I don't understand why they started if they could not finish it.
    This was a car my **** drives, we went to mechanic shop which did previous oil change service ****** ******* *** and he took the filter without any problems, we saw it, the owner told us that ****** ****** ***** ********, ** **** *** *** ***** ** *******.
    We paid extra 12.32 dollars. The filter was replaced
    Meanwhile the car was driven for a couple of days, the mechanic shop is closed on Mondays. So the engine oil is contaminated because of old filter.
    I didn't want to go that way, I paid the most expensive oil and to have the oil contaminated because they don't know how to remove filter is not acceptable for me.

    We have already spoken to this customer and agreed to give him the refund on the oil change out of goodwill. However customer was advised to take it to a shop as our technician couldnt remove the oil filter and made necessary notes on his invoice which he signed.
