    Purchased a 2008 ****** **** from Alpha ********** in ******* ** on July 19 2023 which l was told on the phone it had ******* kms. When I arrived I discovered it had ******* kms ! When l complained ****(salesman) said oh l meant miles ? I paid a friend for a ride down from ********************* with my dog so l was stranded without much choice. I purchased it and didn't even make 200 kms before the engine blew up. When l called the manager (*******) he laughed and said I quote " **** **** *** ****** **" and hung up ? Now remember it's over ******************************* the canyon with my dog and he laughed and hung up ! There was barely any signal so l have a lot of this saved on a text message, l was told to have it towed to mechanic at $250 my cost (***** *****) ******* then told me if l had it towed back to the dealership($600) they would either put a used motor in it or give me an exchange. I chose exchange and had it towed back to ******* and informed them l would be down asap for the exchange, when l called to say l was on my way **** told me they decided to put a used motor instead of an exchange and it would be done next week. 3 weeks later l finally got a hold of ******* by using a different #, which he said oh good news, l asked is it ready and he said as soon as l give them $1,500 to put the used motor in ? I don't have anymore money and ******* has informed me it's getting dented up sitting there ? I am paying $260/month for insurance on a vehicle l don't have . My mother died 1.5 years ago, my sister died 4 months ago l put myself in detox and through treatment a year ago and this was my only and last opportunity to get my license back get a vehicle and get back to work and be contributing member of society only to be stomped on laughed at and held for ******* by these individuals at this company and l honestly have no idea how to get out of this mess. I'm still clean and holding my head up high but l don't know how long. Sincerely hoping you can help

    Hello, *********************** has gotten the incorrect company. We are Alpha 1 Automotive, we are a mechanical automotive repair shop. I believe he is trying to complain against Alpha auto sales.
