    Flat Rate Relocation Inc. helped us move from Richmond B.C. to Edmonton on 2nd October. We had our furniture stored for one month before delivery to Edmonton. Both the move-out and move-in were excellent. Every move was on time, the movers are very professional and very careful with our glass furnitures. We strongly recommend this moving company.

    I worked with Flat Rate Relocation for my cross border move from Vancouver BC to Seattle WA for my junior one bedroom apartment. I was working with Leo to set up the paper work and block dates and Leo was very responsive despite my short timelines in a busy season. All my questions were promptly answered and Leo was very accommodating of some back and forth on the moving date. The day of the move was in the middle of heat wave. Jason and team were there promptly and got to work immediately. They had meticulously packed everything and I found all things in perfect condition. While moving they used sufficient moving blankets to protect my furniture as well as the corridors and walls in my apartment. Would definitely recommend the team for any cross border moving. Leo was able to help me prepare the necessary immigration documents to declare all my things as well. Overall I working with FRR is one less worry in your move process.

    The Flat Rate crew helped my wife and I move across the border from Seattle to Vancouver BC & did an incredible job despite the overwhelming heat that weekend. The whole thing was well-communicated & done efficiently, and everyone was friendly and made the whole thing as smooth as possible. Well recommended!!

    I had the Flat Rate guys help me with a cross-border move (Vancouver Canada to Seattle US). These guys are very professional, responsive, and deliver their service at quality. They took really good care of my things when packing, loading, delivery and assembly. I felt like having them do it was better than I could have done. I knew what to expect in terms of their moving terms, and was kept up to date on the transport so I could plan for pick up and delivery. Pricing is reasonable for the poundage, compared to other movers that do this. I was quite satisfied with the whole experience.
