    A moving company that shouldn't be allowed to operate here in ******. A fraudsters and lying company that is out there as a lion to devour customer.We agreed for a 3 hours work on the 17th of September, 2024 for $469 but after working for me for the 3hours, they took $1400 from my credit card lying to my credit card company that they worked for me on September 16 and 17 September till over night.Later, they threatened me with where I live because they know my addresses and I had to involve the police.This is a dangerous company and it must be brought to books and stop operating.

    I sent an email to the police overseeing the matter and also fax file a complaint to the credit card company and they initially refunded me the $1400 but yesterday, the credit card company took all the money back.

    In retrospect, it seems like the credit card company also believed in the lies of secure moving.

    So, they requested I sent them all proofs and evidences and everything have been sent to the credit card firm.

    I wouldn't want to have anything to do with the organization as i am still scared of what they told me for knowing my address.

    While the movers came, i asked them where they are from and they said they from **** or *********** and i just don't want to have anything to do with them.

    I just want the right things to be done, the truth be told and my money refunded.

    I leave in my space while they also leave in their space but if anything happens to me or my family, friends and co-workers which are the address they came to, they are responsible.

    Hi there, 

    We have moved ********* Ansong ***** on 17/September/2024 from ********************************************************************** to ********************************************************************************************** and his bill based on hourly work and truck fee end it up $700, 

    During the move he pushed our movers so much and end up to have so many conflict with this guy, called RCMP and end it up RCMP closed the file since he is out of control, He put disputes on CC 3 times, 

     

    He couldnt get his money back through ********** so he is know complaining every where,

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They are liars, deceivers , pretenders, fraud and this company should not be allowed to operate. It needs to be shut down.

    They lie to my credit card company and my credit card has all the evidence and I messaged the **** as well and they told the ** that they worked for me on the 16th of September and then on the 17th of September all through midnight. Instead of the $469 - 3 minimum hours which i requested for, they took $700 and another $700 totaling $1400.

    I didn't even see it. It was my credit card company that even told me that they didn't take only $700 but they took $1400 and they have all the evidence.

    You see, they are even lying to BBB. Call *********** credit card and ask them about case #*************** and *************** and RCPM case number RI24-29675 and they will tell you all the truth.

    The next thing is they threatened me that they know my address and I have filed a complaint with the law firm to sue them that should anything happens to me, my family and loved ones, co-workers and my rental location, they are responsible.

    We paid the owner in cash 5 grand at the address of ************************************** Before they left to move our belongings to the ******** address we are located at currently.We then paid them another 5 ********** before they were even done unloading the trucks. We have not got a taxable receipt from the company as of yet. (secure moving) The move.occured during June 3 and 4 2023 It's July 10 2023 we still do not have a taxable receipt.The company has our current address and email. The full amount we paid was 10 thousand dollars half before we left the other half when we got here.He specifically ask for cash and never gave us a taxable receipt.I have attached him saying he recieved 5 k and then asking we pay the rest of the 5 k Different days as you can see.I do have a video of the second transaction

    The invoice was given to our customer in next day since we have done the job around 11:00PM in ******** our office was close that time, but we provided them, We have attached screenshots for prove. 

    Amount was $9,500 plus 5% tax become $9,975 according to our estimate that we have attached, we didn't charge one Cent extra, 

    If you need more clarification from my end please let me know to do so,
