    JOTO and their 3rd party shipper *** freight has communication issues regarding how items are shipped. Information is communicated to customers incorrectly. I was over charged for a terminal to door shipment when I picked up the item that was shipped terminal to terminal. This was due to poor communication neither *** and JOTO worked together to provide me a partial refund, instead they ***** each other and do not think about the customer. I paid JOTO and JOTO paid *** yet they both point fingers at each other when I had to pick up the item myself and refuse to refund me a small portion which I am entitled too.
