    Absolutely the worst customer service experience we've ever dealt with. We purchased a 1300 dollar sofa over the past weekend and had it set up to be delivered for today, Tuesday, after 2 pm. I tried to call them yesterday multiple times to no avail to verify they were coming today, March 18th, 2025, with our paid for delivery. The lady picked up and said they decided to change it to Thursday, March 20th, 2025, delivery, which we didn't agree on. Also, we had paid a $500 dollar damage deposit for our elevator booking. The lack of communication and knowing they have you with a no refund means you're hostaged to their time schedule, not yours. I would strongly recommend not shopping there and making any large purchases. The customer service needs drastic improvement. They never answer their telephones nor follow up with you. Now we have no idea how to get our money back.
