I was recommended **** from 911 Pest Control as a reliable and quick pest control service by my friend and building manager. I started talking to **** in January. We have agreed to schedule a first-time treatment in February of this year.My first surprise came when he promised that special black boxes would be installed after the initial treatment. However, neither our cleaners nor our property manager found anything in place, and we were unsure if any spraying was done. All he spent was fifteen minutes even when it was advertised spraying would take much longer. A month later, bed bugs came back. After this, **** said, we needed to do another spraying again. We have spent over sixteen hours washing and drying the place, only to discover that he can not come that day. I did mention to him that we have guests checking in, and because he was not responding the previous days, it was impossible to schedule that date.Furthermore, we got charged 250 dollars for 911 Pest control services, while it says on the website they are charging $198 for a two-time treatment. On the second treatment, when he found a bed sheet left near the mattress, I asked him to move it. He said it would take additional 250 dollars to move one of the bed sheets into the shower removing it from the spray area. Seriously? After our previous conversation, in an attempt to schedule a time, **** blocked my number during our conversation, when I tried to bring all of the above to him.Another company came to continue the treatments. It is a one-bedroom apartment with nothing in it, so it is a shame that such an easy job without any previous infestations history was not done correctly.Furthermore, when **** asked to send a feedback to their owner, by the name of *****************, the email from their website bounced saying that this person does not exist. If you guys go to their website, the email stated on 911pestcontrol.ca is bouncing and there is no way to contact them.

He showed up and places a couple cheap traps then never returned. It cost a couple hundred dollars for nothing. They cancelled morning of for one scheduled visit and refuse to honor their 150 day guarantee. Had no problem taking my money but when it comes to complaints they only deal with landlords.
