    Plumbing work has damaged footing under a supporting beam holding up 2nd floor and roof of our home. Drainmaster has accepted the engineering invoice, however, has not reimbursed the actual repair work. *********/On Call was already engaged to perform the work prior to conversation with owner Gerry on July 17. We have already opted for the more economical path of requesting invoice via On Call vs. *********. Engineer's recommended the concrete work to be performed by ******* ************, who was subcontracted through On Call.

    Please note that Drainmaster has agreed for the Engineer invoice to be deducted off their final invoice (which wasn't uploaded as part of this claim), however, has refused for the repair work.

    The repair work was 50% complete by the time that Drainmaster owner ***** spoke with my husband on July 17.  Also, given the multiple incidences caused by Drainmaster, we opted for the recommended vendor by the engineer, who were engaged already.
