    I have noticed some issues and, as I am unable to directly contact the strata council, I can only report them to you and hope to receive assistance. Thank you. 1.The election process is unfair The election meeting of *** was chaired by the strata manager from start to finish. There was no election of the chairman of the meeting (see attachment 1). Ballots were distributed (see attachment 2), but the electoral vote was not carried out, and there was no exact result of the vote counting (see attachment 1, p7/7). The strata managers operation lacks procedural fairness. 2. The management of strata manager is unreasonable ?It is stipulated that owners and residents cannot directly contact the council and its members (see attachment 3). ?From the *** on July 24th until October 29th, we did not know the division of labor in the council and who is the council president. ?The meeting minutes indicate that only 4 members are displayed. We don't know if the fifth person is absent or no longer a member (see attachment 4). 3. *********** manager has become the only contact person for the strata residents Three out of the five members do not reside at the strata. The Vice president was the former president. He worked as a janitorial at this strata, and served as the strata president until ***. He once said that he was a volunteer and people couldn't contact him but strata manager. Given that the strata manager has stipulated that homeowners and residents cannot directly contact the council and its members, this means that any opinions and questions from residents must go through the manager. This will result in some unreasonable consequences.

    If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. I've had to deal with with the manager of this company, ********, regarding a rodent infestation in my rental unit. My messages went unanswered for long periods of time, and he managed to find a pest control company as incompetent as he is, who wasnt available for weeks to come and deal with the rodents. When I requested he contact a different company he was condescending, rude, and uncooperative. In the end I had to go directly to the owners of the house, and after making one phone call I was able to accomplish what he couldn't (or wouldn't) do in three months. There is a ridiculous amount of turnover, and after dealing with ****, I understand why. Boon is essentially a slum lord in a suit. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for rental management services look elsewhere.

    In speaking to Boon, after being notified of the rodent issue on November 8, 2023, that same day, a licensed and bonded pest control was dispatched.The contractor booked with the tenant for November 17 to inspect and address interior of the home. Exterior inspections were booked for November 22, 2023. Proposal from the contractor was received November 28 2023. Approval to proceed with their proposed work was received from the landlord within a week. Once we received the date from the contractor, (January 16, ****) for the exterior exclusion work, this was communicated to the tenant, also advising that their property manager (who had been on a short sick leave) had returned, and would be able to provide further assistance.
