    Based on minimal interactions, the employers of the company do not seem to have ill intent; however their compliance with the ** Security Services Act and Code of Conduct is somewhat loose.They do not generally present their license upon request (which is a key provision of the Act in terms of having demonstrated minimal knowledge of Charter Rights and legal procedures), and they tend to presume authority and powers above those granted to a Security Professional in ****************.The ** SSA was created to ensure that no interest could simply employ private muscle without restraint, and to ensure that guard conduct would be such as to effectively indemnify clients of culpability for a tangents adverse situations.It is uncertain as to whether Eureka actually accomplishes that function.Stricter adherence of (and familiarity with) the Securiry Services Act would help greatly; as well as a review of their policies as regards interactions and incident handling.It is difficult to say whether those actions would be of any significant use, as they have been in existence for some time; but one can hope.
