  Annie's Place provided full-time palliative home care services to my mom during her illness. They were professional, kind, caring and compassionate. The best part of the service was that they customized their service offering to meet my mom's specific health needs and wishes during the various stages of her illness. The team filled the gaps where public health care could not. The high quality of care, knowledge and level of experience offered by Annie's Place was instrumental in ensuring that our family could provide the best care possible for my mom. To *********, **** and ******, I can't thank you enough for the friendship and support that you offered my mom and our family throughout this difficult time. I will never forget the kindness and would like you to know that you make a real difference to health care for palliative patients. Thank you!

  We are very happy with the home care provided by Annie’s Place.
  They are very professional and reliable but not only that, they have been incredibly accommodating, helping us to get through several unpredictable situations. Having them come to our home has helped us immensely..

  My brother and I are very grateful that we found Annie's Place when our ******* *** father was first released back to his Burnaby semi-assisted living apartment from the hospital after * *** **** in November.
  The Annie's Place care aides help him shower and dress each morning, then make his bed and water his plants. They are invariably friendly, patient and very kind to Dad. Lina, the owner, has been equally helpful and responsive to my brother and I, and to Dad's changing care needs; she arranged overnight monitoring for the first few nights following his latest hospital discharge.
  If a care aide happens to observe something potentially amiss with Dad, Lina notifies us immediately.
  I'm pretty sure that, without this extra daily care, Dad wouldn't have been able to remain so long and so happily in his chosen Independent Living facility.

  I called lina the owner and she responded immediately with organizing care for my mom. She is very flexible with changing hours and providing different levels of care as soon as needed

  We recently needed to find some in-home care for my *********** ****** **** ********. I had reached out to multiple companies, and Lina (the owner) was the first person to call me back. I loved her instantly; she was very kind and empathetic. We’ve had to pivot from in-home care to daily care in the hospital, back to 24-home care. Lina was able to shift care plans for me without skipping a beat. All the caregivers have been exceptional; we will be forever grateful to Lina and her team at Annie’s Place!

  Lina was incredibly prompt in getting back to us and when we connected, she was not only knowledgable, it was also obvious that she sincerely cared about the clients and matching appropriate care. To be honest, she sounded almost too good to be true - but to our very pleasant surprise, she delivered on her promises to be find the right people for the work and flexibility in creating appropriate care. Well done!
