1 star25 year workmanship warranty meaning less. Had my home siding replaced in 2022, work was to take 3 possibly 4 weeks but took 11 weeks with only one worker with a long ladder lifting heavy Hardy by himself up to 2 stories. Nine months later during heavy rain, water poured into my living room. Calls to the company are ignored, I get told that someone will show up to check it out but no one ever comes. It's now going on 2 years and every time I call, they apologize and tell me that some one will get in touch but no one ever does. My last call was 2 weeks ago and still no contact. I hired this company because of all the great reviews. I now think that the good reviews are fake, be careful and think twice before hiring Ideal siding. My project cost me $60,000.oo plus another $10,000 in home damage.Review fromStephen D

5 starsInstallation was great and timely, the crew was excellent. This is a project that you hope to do once in a lifetime. From the very start of the process, the team was extremely helpful.
