    i ordered a 12 mm cuban initial chain on September 20th i received that chain October 4th. i ordered a 3 mm chain on september 22nd and recieved that order number on october 7th. the chain that came october 7th was the same exact one i have already recieved. and have been wearing you can tell one is worn and one is brand new. so i contact them october 8th saying i recieved this wrong chain and do not receive a response back until 2 days later and i am asked to send a video so i take a video of the ******************** its bag brand new when i did not order this again. i send it along with screenshots of the photo of what my order is supposed to be and they proceed to tell me this necklace is the 3 mm stainless steel one when you can very clearly see its not they are nothing alike. i have not received a response back since then and i have emailed several times. i messaged somebody on the website its self and they also responded one time asking for a photo and i still have not received anything.

    I emailed the business about my necklace being tarnished ********** can no longer see the picture. they asked me to send a video and I did..they saidnits normal wear and tear but ut been less than a year

    Starting in April 2022 placed 2 separate orders for 1 and 3 "name" necklaces. Asked for and charged extra for CURB chains. Received flimsy "regular" chains that will not hold up. Emailed many times. Send us pics. Sent pics. They sent wrong item AGAIN. Still waiting for corrected 1st order. Not holding my breath. Called customer service many times and can barely hear or understand accent. We will fix, then mess up order yet again. Asked again and again to inspect 2nd order for correctness. Order arrived incorrect, yet again. Inspection of shipping package indicates it came through JFK (New York) and was forwarded through distributor in Houston, TX. ** **** **** * ******* **** ****** ** ******* *********** ******** ********* ****** ***** ** ********* **** **** ** ******* *** **** ****** *** ********** ******* ******** ****** *** ****** *** **********. Explains the more than month long turnaround time and the complete lack of quality control.
