    10 months and several very patient inquiries later, and I still have not received my order.

    I purchased several pre-order items in October 2021. All items were listed as expected for release in 2021 Q4 or 2022 Q1. By April 2022 I had heard nothing from the company regarding my order and reached out for an update. I was ignored.

    I followed up a few days later, and finally received a response that one item expected in 2021 Q4 has still not arrived and was holding up my order.

    I reached out again in June 2022 asking for an update, as I had seen the delayed item in question available elsewhere. I indicated that if they were unable to provide a timeline for delivery that I would like a refund on the delayed item and the remaining items to be shipped. I was again ignored.

    I reached out, yet again, at the beginning of August 2022, requesting a response and refund of the delayed item or for the entire order. I also advised them that, as they were not responding to inquiries and I had been waiting for nearly 10 months for this order to be fulfilled, that if my inquiry continued to be ignored I would have no option but to reach out to my card issuer for a chargeback in 14 days - however this will be a lengthy drawn out process for me, and I would much rather have the business adhere to their own refund policies.

    Ages Three and Up states in their pre-order policy that any pre-order product may be refunded at any time before it arrives in stock to ship. I have reached out 4 times and 3 of those instances have been completed ignored. In the 2 most recent attempts I have requested a refund twice and have received no response or acknowledgement at all.

    Unfortunately, my inquiry continues to be ignored and I fear I will have no choice but to reach out to my card issuer in four days, as specified, to request a chargeback for this order.

    We have been in touch with the customer and have provided a solution. This was an oversight on our part and have responded directly a couple of weeks ago.
