I am writing to file a formal complain against Odenza Marketing Group. On 03/22/2025 I was contacted by a representative from this company who offered me a "Dream Vacation Gateway Certificate" for a fee of $100. The representative invite my husband and I to a presentation and sell us some vacation membership and If we go to the presentation. He will rewards us with a certificate stay any resorts any time in the ***, ****** and ********* for only $100. He assured me this certificate was 100% real and it was not a scam, based on these representations, I purchase the certificate. However, I have since discovered that this certificate is not what is was represented to be. Misleading, False, Scam. I believe that Odenza Marketing Group engaged in deceptive marketing practice by selling me a certificate that holds no real value or recognition. This has resulted in financial loss. I am requesting the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Odenza Marketing Group. I am seeking a full refund and stop scamming other people.Business Response

I did a tour for Wyndham that included a travel perk through Odenza. I had to pay a $50 deposit and then was told I had a year to book a trip through them. I have tried numerous times to call them to book this said trip but no one answers the numbers provided in the email. I am directed to a voicemail and no one returns my calls. This company should be investigated.Business Response

On Aug 26, 2023 we were invited to a vacation group who offered us 2 free tickets for flight and hotel just for attending. We did not opt to join their vacation group, but were given the 2 free flight and hotel tickets for attending. No where on documents did it say we had to pay $50 to register the voucher, but I did pay the $50. Then when I went to register for my trip I had to pay another $399 for that, which I hadn't anticipated. At this time I was given a list of airports allowed to fly from, and destinations allow to fly to. It did say that we would need to travel on promotional dates due to the companies they worked with to travel. On 9/28 I spoke with ****************** our assigned travel agent, about the trip. She asked where I wanted to go, I selected ***** ** off their list. When asked for a time frame I requested sometime in Nov, 2 months from now. The email back to me offered me a flight from ********** to *****, where she stated that was the only open trip for them. I emailed back stating I would open my calendar entirely for ***** to *****, but she then responded that was not an option - despite it being on their information sheet I've attached. This is false advertisment. The trip is not free, it cost nearly $500 and you cannot fly from or to the places they themselves provide to you.Business Response

Hello *******, we appreciate you sharing this feedback. We apologize if the promotional trip was presented to you as free, this is something that you would need to bring to the attention of the merchant who had issued the certificate to you as well as any funds that you had submitted prior to registering your certificate. As we value the customer experience at ********************, we ensure that the full details of the promotional offer including any travel taxes and fees required are disclosed directly on the certificate. We understand that the departure city and destination that you had selected were not available at the time you were working with your travel agent. Please note that the offer is subject to promotional availability as stated in the terms & conditions and our travel agents will always strive to accommodate our guests preferred travel options however in some cases due to current travel demand those options may be limited. Your experience is important to us and as such, one of our travel managers has reached out to you directly to provide some additional options in the hopes that we may resolve this for you. If you could kindly get in touch with ******* or feel free to reach out to our customer service team at ************** we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further.Initial Complaint

Hi, I purchased a very expensive, nice "Rainbow" vacuum and was given two VIP Incentives, LLC one week getaway my Odenza Marketing. I was promised that I could take me husband and two children to five star resorts such as in ************. This was presented to me to "sweeten the deal" and make me more willing to buy the vacuum, which I did since I was promised this, it would offset the cost of the vacuum. I called the voucher number and they said I need to register my certificate. So I did. I paid $100.00 to register it and they said someone would be contacting me soon. Several days went by and I heard nothing. I called back and they said someone would be contacting me soon. I haven't received a call or email and it is now 1/31/23. I would like to schedule the vacation that I was promised when I bought my ****** expensive vacuum. Thanks.Business Response

Hello *****, thank you for providing this feedback. Our records indicate that upon your most recent call to us, one of our customer service agents was able to re-send the automated correspondence to you providing access to the resort inventory available with your certificate and explain the booking process for your program however, we apologize if there was any miscommunication at that time to expect a travel agent to contact you directly. We are happy to know that one of our agents has now been in touch with you to confirm that you had received the email providing access to the resort inventory website but that it was unfortunately misdirected to your junk folder. Now that you are able to access the reservation website, you will be able to select the resort stay that best suits your needs. Should you need any assistance with your promotional vacation in future you can feel free to contact our Customer Service Manager, Paulette directly at 1-866-616-1027.Customer Answer
