      I purchased a chair from, EFFYDESK (online), the chair arrived and the lift mechanism does not work. I contacted the company within a few hours of the chair arriving at my house. The company expressed that the situation was unfortunate, but that I could fix the ($400) chair once they determined by video what needs to be fixed.I told them that this was an unreasonable request since the chair is suppose to be "new". They have been giving me the run around since.This company has a 30 day trial policy and they still will not follow through with a return on the chair.* **** ******** * **** **** ***** *** ************* **** *** *****. I was nice at first, but now I just want the chair returned and my money back.Can you please advise what if any support you can provide? I would also like to provide a review for this company so that others are aware.Thank you for your support.***************************

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have had many emails and phone calls back and forth from this company. Please see the most recent response below this conversation, and I will follow it will my response to back to them. I have sent videos, and photos. It is unacceptable and unrealistic for this company to have sold and shipped me a chair that does not work, and expect me to drive at least 5 hours each way to have the chair looked. 

      Thank you so much for your help in settling this matter with this company.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The seller responded asking me to send videos for the third or fourth time - which I have already done several times. The stated that they were not receiving the videos, so I posted one online and provided a link. Apparently company representatives are not able to follow the link either. The seller also states that as the owner they do not have access to or are unaware of the continued correspondence that has been going on between myself and their company.

      I have offered to do a ******** (as I did at my initial contact with this company but was denied). I have offered to do this tomorrow morning at 9am.
