    This is a terrible company to deal with. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. They leave you in the dark wondering what happened. I called them to replace a broken glass sliding door. They said the estimator would call before arriving. He didn't call, he just showed up. He was far less than helpful, he didn't seem to know the process or how long anything might take. His response was "I just measure and install"It was a Thursday when I called and when the estimator came to measure the glass. They said they would send an estimate right away and that as soon as I authorized the estimate, they would order the glass. The estimate did not come on Thursday. When I called on Friday looking for it, they were closed. I called another glass company that came out right away, gave me an estimate on the spot and ordered the glass. Within a couple of days, the glass was replaced. 24 hour glass finally called back on the Monday with the estimate. Too little too late. Sorry, I cannot recommend this company or their employees.

    I want to apologize that your experience was an unsatisfactory one. Please know that your situation was an exception. We care deeply about our customers and deal with both urgent and non-urgent repairs regularly. Unfortunately it was not communicated by our employee back to the office that your particular repair was an urgent one; otherwise it would have been dealt with differently. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In this instance, we missed the mark. Although we’re disheartened by your experience; we are thankful you brought it to our attention. After speaking with you on the phone about the experience and getting your feedback on the employee, we did address the issue with all staff members about conveying urgency and communicating with customers with more clarity so that we could work to prevent this from happening again.
