  From the consultation, installation and customer service- it was a great experience end to end. Everything is as promised, we love our unit (so quiet!!) and the installation was flawless.

  Because they are good, they are busy. Once we connected, the advice, options and service later were very good. Everyone is friendly. The owner and staff know the technology well. We are very happy & recommend Aerotherm highly.

  Very excellent service,Tyler answered all of our questions and Rachel always responded in a friendly timely fashion when we called.The technicians were friendly and efficient.
  Areotherm was one of 8 Companies we called for service but was the only one to call us back .
  That alone speaks volumes as to their professionalism and service.

  We were very pleased with all steps in the process to install our Daikin heat pump, from Tyler's first visit to review all the options to the technicians who did the actual install. The installation was very professional and the job site clean by the end of the morning. Rachel in the front office was very helpful, efficient and timely in providing the quotes/ invoices/receipts, scheduling appointments, sending information and answering all questions. Also appreciated the warranty information and rebate forms being submitted on our behalf. This makes it very easy for the customer. We are pleased with the results already for heating and cooling. There were some delays due to demands and equipment supplies but we were kept informed well in advance. We would highly recommend using Aerotherm. Thank you!

  We are So happy with our Daikin heat pump, but even happier with Aerotherm Solutions Ltd. in Campbell River. From the very start with Tyler coming to our home and explaining the options that were available with no pressure, just facts. The insulation was done with the same professionalism from their entire staff, from the office to the final information given to us by the technician. They were all just great, always on time when they said they would be here. The final invoice was as per quote and the job was left spotless. We would strongly recommend Aerotherm .
