Home SOULutions did a wonderful job remediating our moldy attic. They did mold removal, upgrading and adding venting and upgrading the insulation. They were particularly helpful in directing us to available grants, and then applying them to the invoice, so that we received even more rebates than expected. An extra bonus is that the warranty is transferrable to the new homeowner.

I highly recommend Home Solutions, and I want to give thanks to Mel, Luther, and Roy. They did an amazing job. Luther used his thermal imaging camera to find the source of the problem which caused the mold growing on the ceiling. Mel helped with grants that were available and was very understanding and patient. Home Solutions offers excellent service that is beyond what I could ask for. I had a small but very necessary insulation fix. Roy came to talk to me in just a few days after my call. Even though they are fully booked for four months from now, he made arrangements for Luther his installer to accommodate me. Luther did an excellent job in extremely confined and difficult attic spaces. He was very pleasant and prompt. Their thermal imaging camera showed that everything is now done right.

Excellent job on our strata attic remediation. Thank you so much to the whole team at Home Soulutions. One owner checked the attic afterwards and said it was excellent work, and that he doesn’t give praise lightly. The guys who came into our homes were not just conscientious, but they were excellent problem solvers as well. They came down to my place after a bad snow storm, and had to put the insulation into a different trailer so that they could navigate the icy conditions, which was extra work for them, but they took it in stride, and got the job done. They were accommodating and tenacious with owners schedules; much appreciated all around. Thanks so much.Home SOULutions Remediation Ltd.
