    I was impressed by Island West Refrigeration's very professional but friendly service. From initial home visit to completed installation of a Fujitsu heat pump only took three weeks. I love my new heat pump - so quiet and easy to use. Thanks Chris and crew!

    Chris & Alex are the best in the business. They spent countless hours ensuring that two mini splits worked correctly (after the manufacturer provided a faulty unit). They made our job a priority, came to our house bright and early and did not leave until they could rectify the problem. THANK YOU for outstanding service guys!

    When we were looking for a heat pump/air conditioner for our condo, Chris & Alex came highly recommended by a trusted friend. So certain was our friend that they were the RIGHT CHOICE that he did not rest until we hired them. And we're glad we did!!!
    They did an outstanding job! From the in-home estimate to installation to follow-up, we felt we were in very good hands. They showed up when they said they would, and, when things out of their control came up, they communicated with us promptly. Also, when our own plans for an electrician fell through, they saved the day by subcontracting one!

    I contacted Chris about changing my old hot water heater because I was renovating my laundry room. He was able to come the next day and give me an estimate. He suggested an On Demand system and showed me how it would look in the space. He ordered and installed the new hot water heater, emailed the estimate, and told me about the Fortis grant, which I applied for. Because he can work with gas, he also worked along with my contractor to move an existing gas line and set up the water heater to fit the new kitchen going into that space. Later I asked him to connect my new gas range and again he came within the day to do that. Chris is very professional and knows what he's doing. I found he always answered his phone and arrived on time. I can definitely recommend him and would work with him again.

    I’ve just had Island West Refrigeration install a ducted heat pump system in my old home. What an amazing experience! Integrity, knowledge, availability, great communication, positive attitude, meticulous workmanship, professional and thoughtful are but some descriptors.
    Campbell River is most fortunate to have this company headed by someone with such high work ethics.
