    We installed a A/C unit July of 2021 (07/06/21) we paid 3045.00. This July towards the end we noticed air was not very cold and eventually nothing was coming out of the register. I tried to call them with no answer so we called another local company to come take a look. We were informed that our machine was reading high level then dropping and were told when this happens the machine was not cleared of gasses and air properly and that now we would need to get new refridgerant put in as the old refridgerant was contaminated. We were also told we were lucky it was caught early as we could of ruined our machine and had to instal a brand new one. After we discussed I tried calling coopers many times and left a voice mail and still have not heard back. I have also heard now about someone else having to fix their ac unit that they installed a week after ours. All we are asking is to be refunded the money we just spent to fix a issue that never should of happened in a unit that we have used 5 months. We were told we should not of had to switch refridgerant in such a new unit if it was installed correctly. Also since getting it fixed we have found the air in the house is working way better then it did when we first had it installed.
