    From having been a supporter of this business and fan of their online social presence to feeling disregarded and disrespected. This business has ultimately proved to have poor customer service. There was a complete disregard, ignorance and avoidance upon specific inquiries into a nationally recognized tax exemption under the Canadian Indian Act. Falsely charged for expedited/express shipping as my parcel was shipped via standard ground shipping despite I opting and paying for Express. Upon request for a refund of the bill portion of Express shipping that was paid, the request was ignored just as previous requests of acknowledging Indian Status under the Canadian Indian Act.

    Hi ******,We are not set up to give taxable discounts in any way. This is also the first time we've come across this. We are a small company that respects and acknowledges the lands that we are blessed to share with our local bands. In your message, you said "Are you familiar with applying the Certificate of Indian card status? If not no sweat."Sorry we did not get back to you, but this was a simple email that could have been sent instead of a complaint, It was not a slight against you in any way, we are very busy and very small. We offer the same service to anyone, regardless of heritage, marital status, or religious affiliation.I hope you understand.
