    Excellent service for move out cleans! Our house was a mess before we called them. We used them to clean our condo in ********** and they completed everything according to the list they sent well beyond our expectations. Will definitely use them again

    Hired to clean our house. Showed up late with one person and household cleaners.After 2 days nothing significant had been done and they already had taken a 500 deposit. I asked them to leave so I could actually do the cleaning. They then preceeded to charge me another ******. Please do not use this company. You will be very dissatisfied and out a bunch of money. I have been In the cleaning business for 25 plus years and NEVER have I been so disappointed.

    Sorry for your experience ***. We know youve had a rough time lately and wish we couldve helped out more. This was very much a biohazardous clean, very unsafe environment for anyone to be living in and we did the clean to the best of our abilities with the budget allotted. Unfortunately a majority of the home was severely caked with ***** matter, so after removing a few layers from the bathrooms and kitchen, the team realized it was much more of a restoration job and went against our terms and conditions as listed on our website. There was cat and dog urine and f**** in every corner, which was stated would be taken care of before the team started but was not. As stated in our terms and conditions this was not an area our team is obligated to handle as you had originally booked a regular move out clean service.The team put a lot of work in and the landlord had even mentioned he was very pleased with what was done so far, but unfortunately we were not able to continue with the budget allotted so had to stop after handling most of the most toxic areas of the clean (the smell had been much improved thanks to our hard working cleaners). We hope your situation improves and while we didnt have the best experience with each other, we do sincerely wish you the best going forward.
