    I had ordered a walk in closet in July. It was partly installed in August but was not completed. After looking at the spec sheets I sent, I realized the closet was very different. I co tasted Turner closets and they ordered new parts and were going to install them. I waited 2 mo the to hear from them. They were going to do the install and then cancelled at the last minute at the end of November. This was rescheduled for this morning. I received an email on Friday December 2, in response to my email sent in October, about the size of a drawer. It is a 6" drawer, with 4" of false bottom, leaving only 2" for items which is not usable. I told the company this. They said they would not complete the job since they did not think I would be happy with it. There are drawers that rub when opened, the upper part of the closet is incomplete and I was supposed to have grey drawer fronts. The dimensions are incorrect and I was supposed to have 5 -8" drawers and they installed 4 - 10" drawers. I responded that I wanted the closet finished or I wanted a full refund. I sent this email yesterday and have not heard back. They were supposed to be here at 9am and have other arrived. I have found this company to have very poor communication and to be very unprofessional.
