    On Thursday January 26,2023 I called ********************************************************************* in ********** to replace our gas hot water tank. ***** the owner said he would be out the next day. The next day he phoned & said his supplier was closed for inventory. He phoned me on Monday the 30 of January to say the tank was in & he would come out Tuesday January 31 & install it. Which he did & we paid him in full $2510.00. I checked it that night before going to bed & found it leaking from one of the fitting at the top & phoned *****. He said he would come out the next day which he did Thursday February 1. He worked on it for awhile then left. I checked it again before going to bed & found it was still leaking & another joint further up which wasen't leaking before was also now leaking.I phoned him & told him it was still leaking. On Thursday February 2 he phoned me & said he was dealing with the distributor & possibly get a new tank Friday morning on warranty. There was no word from him Friday February 3 so phoned him & got voice mail. Left a message twice with no reply. I tried again on the 4 & 5 of February with the same results. I got in touch with manufacturer who put me in touch with the distributor in **********, **. They recommended another plumber who is coming out this afternoon to look at it. We have now been without a sealed hot water tank for 12days & this would void out house insurance. We would like to be compensated for expenses for the new plumber & any further expenses occured to fix this.

    The company paid us the cost of the third party repair this a.m. So we are satisfied. We still do not have a bill of sale but we forgot to mention that in the complaint. Thank you for trying to help us.
