    In Jan. 2022 - we had gutters cleaned along with outside windows. The gutters appear to be cleaned however, the windows weren't cleaned properly. We hadn't noticed until the 2 workers had left. We should have checked the windows prior to staff leaving. My husband ended up cleaning the windows as they were very dirty. The staff were very polite and courteous ... it appears staff may not have been trained properly or had the tools to window wash from a distance. We hired this business a couple of years ago and had great results ... very disappointed with this result. Although we sent them a review, have not heard back from them.

    OceanWise will be cleaning my windows for no charge. They were very apologetic. Nice to have a company care about their customers.

    We contacted the customer and apologized indicating that this is not the type of customer service that we usually provide. We explained that we would have sent the technicians back to rectify the situation at no charge but since her husband had already cleaned the windows, we offered a free service that she accepted. She indicated that she was happy with this outcome.
