      Great Glasses ***** ******** ***** **** *********** ** ***** *** ****
I went to Great Glasses with the hope of obtaining new glasses with updated prescription.

Each time I picked up my glasses (5 times in total) they were not correct. I could no read, or see distance.
I have prisms in my glasses, and they are not put in correctly, I can not see clearly and every will be distorted.

Unfortunately my first prescription was totally wrong, and Great Glasses agreed to fix them if I got a new prescription from another optometrist.

I took my new prescription back to Great Glasses and they tried to give me new lens. However, when I picked them up I could not read or see distance with those.

It was suggested by a staff member I see Bruce the owner but instead Gage his son came to help. Gage gave a lengthy reason why he would not refund my money. He decided he would change my prescription because he thought the second professional optometrist wrote a wrong prescription as well.

When I picked up those glasses, the distortion was so bad I was completely dizzy. Gage accused me of have diseased eyes.

I suggested maybe his technicians didn't know how to put in prisms in my lenses. Gage just kept blaming me
his company had to keep fixing the distorted lenses; it was always my fault.

I then asked to see his father who started the company in the 80's, and Gage said he was out of the country.

Again Gage tried to change my prescription and after much frustration on both our parts, I requested that he use my original prescription from the glasses I came in with in January. I asked this because Gage was not interested in giving me a refund no matter what, and I didn't want to be stuck with glasses I had no use for.
I picked up those 2 weeks later and I still can not use any of those glasses because the everything once again is distorted.
I have been wearing progressive lens with prisms since 2001, I have never had a problem!!
