    I went to this business and purchased two containers of glue for vinyl plank flooring, i specifically asked for glue for that purpose, which i bought from this company, when my floor installer came to my house to install the vinyl plank floor, he told me he could not use that glue, so he went to Rona and bought a different type of glue, this was on a saturday, i could not return this glue to **** flooring becuase it closed on saturdays. i went on monday to return this glue, to **** store, intially they asked for a receipt, which i did not have at the time, and the owner of this business was away that i bought it from, then the woman working there told me they did not sell that product at there store which was an out right lie, so i waited a week and called back and asked to speak to the owner ********************, she said hes not in he comes and goes, just like they were trying to avoid me, after that i sent them an email saying i was filing a complaint to the better business bureau, which they ignored, also i will mention when i asked for the owner ********************, and she to;told me he comes and goes, was with a funny voice, just like it was some kinda of joke.. this place is a bad place to do business.
