    Steves ***** **** of ********** was hired to install a 35 ft run of a new gutter on a drip edge of one section of the roof. The new gutter looked great! However, the first rain showed leaks in the installation. When requested to rectify the problem, ****** ***** **** asked for an additional payment stating I would not have guaranteed no leaks. When I refused to pay extra to make the installation complete, Steves ***** **** stated, Im sure you can find a professional that can rectify your problem and walked away. In my humble opinion, a new gutter installed by a trade professional should have no leaks, or at least such a professional should stand behind their work.

    Well ****, what we did is an unusual request for gutter installation and we just did what you asked. I also stated before the work was done that it wasnt a normal install and couldnt guarantee anything. I was hopeful that it would work but the quote was for what you asked for. After it didnt work, there is extra work to be done hence the extra charge to send a crew back to rectify the issue. The real issue was a housing design
