    Over a month ago, I hired ****** to get rid of rats under my mobile home. I paid $750 for him to trap rats. He told me that once he was sure that there were no more, he would do an inspection, and screen off any potential areas that they may be able to access. He did find one 2 spots, and put screening to prevent future access. He NEVER crawled under the house, and in fact I told him that there is access under my deck that he can go look at, and he said there was no need. He also said that there were signs of rat droppings as well as hanging insulation under the trailer that should get cleaned up. He quoted me $1800 for him to come an do that. I said too much money, and I would find someone else. I had a friend of mine come to do that a week later. She had done about 1/3 of the work, when she spotted two rats. She stopped, and I called Elliout as he gave me a one year guarentee of rat removal. When I mentioned that to him, He said he would come once again, and invoice me for $165 to return for two more visits. and even asked how I paid for the last visit. I said I paid cash, and he never gave me a receipt. I said I would pay once he completed the work. He said that he would be there the following day. That was three days ago... I have now contacted another company to come and start over. When he finally contacted me he told me that he has come and put traps down, but it was at night. I told him to come and get his traps, and to contact me when he arrive. I am home all day, and have bad knees, which he knew. I will now have to pay another company $500 to do the work that I paid him for, and they will be coming this afternoon. My biggest complaint is that he continued to tell me he would be here to take care of the problem, and has never shown up. I am very angry that he gave me a one year guarentee. and now that he has his money.. ignores me. I want a full refund for the lack of work that he has done.

    **** had called me saying the renovator workers saw a rat under the trailer. This was after I had killed a dozen large rats living under his squaller trailer

    Message I got from you guys said you tried to contact me three times but this email I just got was the only time Ive heard about this.  As far as my rating goes , this **** *** asked me to do a job that I did well. I killed his rats, I screened off his trailer with him standing beside me the whole time to ensure all spots were sealed lol

    The fact that he complained was because of one reason. He didnt want to pay for the second invoice I sent him.  If a new rat comes along two weeks after I had finished the job with **** beside me the whole time, I cannot be held responsible for a new rodent chewing a hole through his deck to get inside.  Its winter time.  All rodents are attacking and chewing access holes into peoples houses, to survive the winter. I told **** I had to reset traps to see what was going on and then I had to come check my trap line in five days.  He agreed to that so I invoiced him for two more appointments. When I came to that second appoientment I had one dead rat and the rest of the traps were untouched.  I removed the rat in trap and gave **** a free appoitnemnt by leaving my traps for another week of Kiki f ( I have to keep trapping till I get zeros in all traps then I find the access hole and seek that up. I wasnt at the screen off phase yes as I do that at the end of either the third or forth appointment (whichever one gets me nothing in all traps.  **** was mad when I invoiced him for two additional appointments but I had already explained to him that I cannot be held responsible for this new rat chewing in,  I now have to take him to small courts to try to get my 225 back from him.  He is stealing from me since he heard what the steps are and price point would be.  Of course I do the two appointments and kill that new rat and of course **** doesnt want to pay for the extra time and traps I put into those two appointments.

    **** is a scammer. If you dont want to pay the bill then dont call me to take care of your rats!!! Its simple business but **** wants these two visits to be for free.  Then he says I did a s*** job? lol really ****? A s*** job? Then **** goes and demands half of the original bill be returned? Says he wants his money back.  Like this guy lol get real. Im taking him to court for the 250 he owes me

    Please add this as my response as I never received one phone call from the bbb and therefore was never given a chance ti respond to defend my companies honour. I have the best 5 star rating of all companies in town.  I sure didnt receive those 90 five star reviews by having bad customer service skills

    Sorry **** I wont give you back any money and yes I will be seeing you in court for not paying that second invoice given to you

    I am rejecting this response because:he is lying. I paid him cash. And never got an invoice. When I first hired him he said once there were no rats there was a one year guarantee. Also..he found a total of three rats. Two the first visit which were both big..which he explained that was a good sign because there was not a nest. He never did a full walk around to seal up any spots that may be an access point. He never made it to the appointments on time..but kept coming back after dark. I specifically asked for a morning time around ten am. When I called at 2 pm .he had some lame excuse and promised to return the next day. After not showing up for three consecutive days I called another company to finish the job.

    Why would I lie about anything ****. The fact is Ive done rodent jobs at all your neighbours places who are all wonderful people by the way, and have received five star ****** reviews from all of them. Im not even sure why your complaining about me.. your the one who wanted additional appointments but wouldnt pay for them once an invoice was sent.  My one year warranty is on all access holes I screen off (which you and I walked around your place together **** so clearly your the liar here. You watched me screen off every possible spot rodents could enter your trailer.  You watched me with your own eyes standing behind me.  Yet you want to say I never even did a walk around or screened anything off? Give it a break **** youre the one not telling the truth. And why lie ? I dont understand what your problem is.  I killed your rats and I screened all spots around your trailer. The reason I had to incoice you for those last two trips out I made to service more traps I laid down, was because a new rat came along and drilled through your plastics white screening on your dryer vent. Thst was never chewed when we did the walk around.  Therefore thats a new rodent chewing a new hole into your place.  Thats not covered under my warranty ****.  Therefore your need to pay me to come catch your new rats that are attracted to your trailer for some reason. Maybe take your trash out more often and stop baiting them in. Your a liar and your stealing time and labour from local small businesses.  Customer service is always my number one goal but then I get someone like you who trys to cheat and steal hard work from local companies I can honestly say dont ever call my business again  I wouldnt come help you if you paid me a million dollars you thieving scam artist

    I hired Pinnacle on March 8th, 2023 to deal with a suspected pest issue in the attic. He inspected and suggested that there may be or may have been rats and would be placing traps and he would return to check them 4 times over 4 weeks and then would seal any entry points. He made his first follow up appointment for Wednesday March 15th and I messaged him on March 14th to confirm, which he did. On Wednesday morning he messaged to say he would not be coming and would come the next day. On Thursday March 16th he arrived and found nothing in the traps so placed traps outside and poison in the attic. We booked a follow up appointment for Tuesday March 21st to check the the traps. I also told him we had an upcoming house inspection that week and needed the traps removed before that time. On Tuesday he did not show up and gave no communication. I messaged him and he responded 8 hours later to say he would come the next day. On Wednesday he did not show up again with no communication and this happened on Thursday and Friday (today) as well. He will not return calls and is not showing up for appointments so at this I have to assume he is not completing the work as promised. The only communication I get after many calls and messages is that he won't be coming that day, if anything at all. It seems either he is offering terrible customer service or his business is a **** and I would like a refund for incomplete services. I do not want completion of services now as I have had to remove all the traps myself and I do not want to deal with this company further.Also to note, after two weeks of chasing for a receipt, he sent me an invoice instead despite a receipt being legally required.

    I showed up for all four of my appointments. I removed the traps from the attic and placed them outside so that they would not be in the attic for the home inspection that was comming up. I had to visit family on the Friday for an emergency family matter and told the customer this that I would be unavailable for two days. The traps are outside out of his house and I can pick them up next day Im working. The house was inspected and sealed on my last appointment and the job was completed. There is no way I would give a refund to a customer for not being able to pick up my traps on the Friday. If it was a big deal he could have walked around the house and thrown the traps all away, problem solved and youre ready for your house inspection. If you think I would give you a refund for the job you need to think again. This job is completed. Sorry the customer is not happy but I had more pressing matters to attend to rather then a two second stop to pick up four rats traps. Some customers just want to try to **** you out of your money once a job is done. Not happening to me thanks

    We hired Pinnacle Pest control to catch mice at our property and seal our home. He set traps and said he would return in a week to seal the house. We paid him the agreed upon $200 to do this. He set the traps on October 16, and told us he would return the 28 of October. He did not show, and did not text us. Then when contacted he said he would come on October 31. Again no show. Then he said he would come November 3, again no show. He has not made any attempt to reach out or rebook an appointment.

    I’m sorry you feel this way, however I dropped sixty percent of my regular price to help you guys out with the mice killing because you said you wanted to do the three weeks of appointments yourself. I set up the traps. I placed them where they would get kills, I killed your mouse population like you asked me to do. You didn’t follow up by doing the weekly bait changes and placemat changed off the traps over the next three weeks like we agreed upon. I had scheduled you in for a house seal appointment once the three weeks were up. You simply told me I had killed the mice on the first night and there were no more mice and you wanted me to come seal up the house that same week. It takes time to kill mice which is why I do it over four appointments. I have never given someone such a deal on my mouse program like I gave you guys. And you still gave me a bad review on ******. You were the first customers I have ever had give me a bad review, and I helped you out by saving you 225 dollars which I never do

     

    will think twice about helping people out as much as I do. If you can’t complete the three weeks of mouse trapping which you wanted to do yourself then I’m not comfortable screening off your house while you have mice still inside. Once you gave me bad reviews on ****** and bbb, I simply didn’t have more time to waste on your immature attitude. I’m too busy, if you had simply called me and asked me to come back to seal on week three I would have done just that. Instead you gave me a bad review here and on ******. And you are the first ever to do that! Like who does that. Just call me and we could work this out. Take these reviews down and I’d be happy to come seal your house up.
