    Needed a battery pack for an older humminbird fish finder. Emailed them to see if it was in stock. Was promptly emailed back and it was in stock. Ordered the next day and was promptly shipped. Received it in ********** in about 5 days. Great service and communication.

    Had a reel that was not fixable by anyone else. They said that they had the part and I sent it to them. Got it back in two weeks and it's fixed. I'm attached to my reel, had it for a long time and glad that I have it back working. Good service, good communication, great people to talk to and priced right. I'll use them again. Five stars!

    Purchased 2 reel handles, never received them, asked to replace them but was told it was not their fault and *** is to blame. No refund and told “there is NO issue” and i should have followed up with ***. **** * **** *** horrible customer service. * **** ** *** *** ******  
    Stay clear of what appeared to be an upstanding business.

    Hi ****! When we talked with you on the phone, you said "it's not your fault"...what changed??You placed your order 6 mos ago, didn't get the package, and now just talked with us...6 mos later! Too late for a claim with *** and even Paypal told you too much time has passed. Unfortunately your frustration is not with us, rather with ***...just like you said.

    @ Mikes. The way it was handled was unacceptable. I wasnt never asking for anything. More than what i paid for to be shipped to me, but appears that Mikes will pocket the $95 and I will be out. Completely underwhelming experience from a small business and especially an owner to react the way you did. Whether or not it was UPSs fault, it should have been taken care of by the business, not fall on the customer. Period. The fact that you knew the product was never received and then said lcustomer stupidity and laziness in an email from the owner speaks volumes about how you run your business Best of luck, but i hope for any future customers sake, they consider the follow up and not just the money grab sale and consider where they are choosing to spend money and support a business.
