    I purchased an outdoor basketball court, basketball hoop and a flexible “rebound” wall the summer of 2021 from Flexcourt Canada out of Ontario. The court and basketball hoop were installed but not the rebound wall. This was all paid for up front. I was told the rebound wall was delayed and would be installed October if 2021, which did not happen. Subsequently via email and phone conversations I was told it would be installed April, then May then June of 2022. My last contact with the company was June. I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls none of which have been returned as of today, August 29th. I have left numerous voicemails requesting a refund so we can simply part ways with no response. I have gone through my landscaping contractor, who hired flexcourt Canada, and he has also been unable to reach them. I am looking for help to resolve this issue to obtain a refund for work and product paid for but not completed/delivered.

    To whom it may concern,We are responding to ** ********* response. We would be happy to refund Mr ******* for the rebound 10 x 20. However our record shows that on invoice 3308 there is an outstanding balance owing from Mr ******* in the amount of $1,427.46. This item he is claiming was actually never paid for therefore a refund cannot be processed. We are attaching the invoice. If Mr ******* feels that there is a mistake on payments we will of course be happy to remediate the situation immediately.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and will continue to try to follow up with the business directly as I believe I had paid them in full.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter and I sincerely apologize for having used anyone’s time if this was indeed my mistake that the invoice has not been paid in full.  I thank you for your assistance in contacting the business as all attempts over the last 3 months have been futile.
