    To quote a review on the company's website
    "Incredible customer service! These guys are knowledgeable, honest and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend them! I will definitely call them again for anything we need in the future.”
    This is also my experience with these folks. Mat and Mitch just left after putting in a motor in my gas furnace. The background is more important.
    When my 4-year-old furnace (installed by North Island Heating) stopped working I called Rob Ellis on his mobile and he called me back from Hawaii where he was on vacation. He arranged to have a fellow come over the next day who diagnosed the problem as a faulty blower motor. Once they found out a new one would not be available from the supplier for 7-10 days, they located a motor from a furnace they had just removed, brought it over and installed it until the new one would be available. All done with a smile.
    This was important to me as I was leaving town for 5 weeks as winter was arriving.
    Service above and beyond!
    My experience is shared by other friends who introduced me to this company.
    Highly recommended.

    Not recommended!! Company installed a mini split ductless heat system 2 years ago. In late June 2023, I called them because I had water was dripping down my wall. Multiple visits later and $650 in repairs the unit still dripped as of early August. The unit was under a 5 and 10-year Carrier warranty.

    We made every attempt to rectify the issue, but the customer refused to allow us to complete the work required. After three consecutive days of trying to contact the customer to set up an appointment to rectify the issue, she refused to return our calls and simply texted us, advising that we were to no longer contact her. This is also after rude and threatening messages we received via text, that the customer had sent, yet we still made every effort to repair the issue. We warranty our labour for one year after an installation, and the equipment we supply carries varying lengths of parts warranties, however the part in question was a third-party accessory that only carried a two-year warranty (it had been over two years since the equipment was installed, which is verifiable by our records), which had lapsed by the time it had failed. Furthermore, the customer was made aware that no further charges would be incurred past the invoice for the replacement part, which also included a routine maintenance service on the equipment and totaled significantly less than the claimed $650.00. We value all our customers and work hard to make sure we always fix any issues that may arise, as we did in this case, but unfortunately the customer would not allow us to complete the repair.
