      I heard water dripping in my bathroom. I phoned Apex Plumbing & Heating with whom I have used before. The first time they didn't show up. The second time I called them the plumber spent 10 minutes and didn't find the problem then charged me 110 dollars. The company owner said it's how much the service call costs which I was not advised on the phone. I have dealt with this company before and have never been charged just for 19 min to come and have a look.
