    We ordered a playhouse for our grand daughters in November for a Christmas delivery. We still have not received our playhouse, it’s been paid for but Mike continues to tell me he promises the delivery. At this point I don’t believe we are going to get it. He took our money but is not delivering the playhouse. I’m hoping my credit card will get my money returned to my card. Who knows.
    Mike is a nice guy but i just wish he would be honest about the delivery of the playhouse.

    We did refund the amount of the playhouse as requested. The playhouse was already in the USA and just about to be picked up by the carrier. I explained to Nikki that in December, shipping is often delayed due to the large volume and inclement weather. I replied to the multiple daily emails and phone calls (roughly 70 emails in 2 weeks) , always keeping her order as a priority * ********** **** ** * ******** ****** * ****** ** *** ** **** ** **** ****** *** ** *************** *** ** ******* ***** ** *** ********* *** ******* **** ***** ******** and we did refund the full amount as soon as she requested it.
    Very sorry this one did not work out. always thriving to improve.
