    On November 9, 2022, P&M Installation Group technicians came to install a double sink and a faucet for me. Before leaving, they asked me to charge my **** card the amount of $577.50 for their work. I tapped my card on their ***** ****, and requested the invoice and receipt. They told me to email their office for them, which I did on November 12. I did not receive anything. On January 9, 2023 I requested by email once more with no result. I re-sent that email to P&M Installation on January 12. So far, they totally ignored me. I absolutely need this receipt for tax purposes, as this is part of the renovation of my newly purchased apartment. I need your help to obtain it. Thank you very much

    Hello BBB,
    We received an email from BBB, to resolve this issue. The customer complained that they didn't receive the invoice. All the transaction is done by ****** machine and the customers  get their receipt by text message or email address that is provided by them. 
    I sent the second invoice ( *** format)  today to the customer via email (***********************). 
     Please see the attached work done for the customer on Nov 10, and the paid invoice.
     I hope this will resolve the issue. Please let me know if you have any questions.
