**** was very quick to diagnose the issue with the ice maker in my fridge. After picking up the new part he quickly installed, tested and reassembled the components. He is completely professional and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Newtech appliance and will certainly call on him again!

Best of all, he provides options for repairs. For example, rather than replace a costly motherboard on our washing machine, he provided a great workaround that we have been using for several years.
