On Aug 2nd I brought my car to ***** auto as when getting Rims at Kal Tire they advised I had damage in the clutch (my car is standard) Kal Tire also did an inspection. I dropped my car off at ***** auto on Aug 2nd and was told I needed a whole clutch system and gave me an estimate of $2800. I was scheduled to pick up my car on Aug 9th. When I went to pick up my car the clutch pedal was so loose when you pushed it my foot almost went through the floor and there was a loud clicking you could hear outside the car that was NOT there when I dropped it off. On top of that it looked like some kind of drink was spilled on my windshield and there was 2 door ding paint transfers on my driver side door. One in white paint and one in blue paint, so at least 2 cars dinged my door while it was in the shop. I asked the owner about the loose clutch pedal and the loud clicking and he tried to gaslight me into saying that was "normal". I have owed this car since 2006 and I am the original owner and this is the second time I have had the clutch repaired, so I knew this loud clicking was not normal. Finally after some pushback he agreed to keep my car and try to fix the issues HE created. He discovered I needed a new clutch pedal and was able to order one and install and I picked my car up again Aug 15th. Upon driving home I noticed that my car was slow to accelerate and shook a bit when trying to get up to speed. This was NOT normal for my car so I called the shop as soon as I got home. His answer was "oh I had to unhook your battery so it is probably your car's computer trying to get up to speed and should rectify when you drive it for a bit". It is now Sept 3rd and my car is not any better. I emailed them and asked what they can do as I am starting a new job on Sept 9th and need my car for training. I offered to drop my car off and they can keep it this week and work on it in between appointment but they refused. I want them to cover what it costs to fix at another shop
