    ***** exceeded our expectations in the best way! He was prompt and professional and was able to help us immediately. He also took the time to explain everything. I would gladly recommend Electric Ave and would definitely use them again myself.

    Great service and a very kind person. I needed some troubleshooting for a rogue fire alarm that just wouldnt stop going off. Because my house is hard wired, that meant 5 alarms going off every 15 mins, and one going off all night. ***** was there within 30 mins of my call and I had the problem solved within an hour. That kind of service is not cheap, but oh my gosh, so appreciated. If I had to wait for another days appointment I would have gone bananas. You get what you pay for and this was great, fast service. I do recommend Electric Avenue and *****.

    Air conditioner upstairs master bedroom tripping breaker. ***** discussed with me some of the scope the investigation will be. Days getting hotter needed answers. ***** arrived the very next day & was able to diagnose & educate. Our air conditioner rating ****amps. On ****** amp meter climbing past 14amps. Wiring on my breaker rated only for 15 2 options: 1. find air conditioner of less amperage or 2. turn off everything & stay cool. He was quick, thorough, and made our choices for a solution clear. So its Tik Tok with my wife happily in the cool dark. We highly recommend ***** for his patience, skill, & compassionate professional service.

    We had half the electricity in our house fail on a Sunday afternoon. ***** got here within an hour or so and fixed the issue quickly. It ended up being a blown main fuse. He also checked behind our electrical board just to make sure there were no other issues. Very personable and professional and gave us a lot of good information. We would definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends and family.

    Incredibly prompt service! ***** did an amazing job changing our fluorescent tubes to LED over our kitchen island. Fast friendly service. I wouldnt hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to anyone else.

    On August 8th, regarding the installation of a dedicated line for my AC, Tyler asked me to send him pictures of my breaker box. He was busy with another job but would get back to me. We did speak after that. When we spoke on August 10th, I told Tyler the work was already completed by another company and I no longer required his professional services, as the other company was able to do the work right away. I apologised for not getting back to him regarding the breaker box information. To provide a quote he was locating a 20-amp breaker for a very old breaker box. His demeanor was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout our conversation.
    We spoke of the ****** electrician that I had to deal with at first and the unprofessional manner in which the work was done. He did not have to speak to me for 16 minutes on August 10th but did. Tyler advised how to properly search out professional tradesmen to prevent possible bad experiences. He took the time to offer support when I am sure he had more productive work to complete. Even though he did not do the actual work of installing a dedicated line for my AC, I will most certainly use his services in the future and would recommend him for any home electrical project. ******* **
