  Extremely Bad Experience Would Not Recommend I had an extremely bad experience with Vanex Currency Exchange, unlike anything I have ever encountered in ******. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company at all. Below are the major issues I faced:- Held My Money for Days My transaction was delayed for several days without a clear explanation. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.- ************************** The customer service experience was one of the worst I have encountered. I was given inconsistent information, and responses were slow and unhelpful.- Unprofessional Conduct During my experience, I felt pressured and uncomfortable due to the way my concerns were handled. I expect professionalism from a financial services company, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.- *************************** Privacy After my transaction, I requested that my personal data be removed from their system. They refused, citing various excuses instead of complying with my request. I am now pursuing legal avenues to ensure my data is handled appropriately.- Escalation to Authorities Due to my concerns, I had to involve the police and other regulatory bodies in ******. The situation remains unresolved, and I am actively following up with legal and consumer protection organizations.This has been a very, very bad experience, and I have never seen anything like this in ******. I strongly advise others to be cautious before using this service.

  Vanex group goes by many names and addresses. Check out their listed website under the name of Vanex Group I was supposed to do forex trading with a minimum deposit of $250 but I didnt like the shadiness of the financial advisor **** ******. I watched him as he was attempting to apply for a payday loan on my laptop (without explanation) via an app called Meetnow (he already tricked me out of $1200 after just saying he was giving me a gift of $1000) and so I stopped him by closing the tabs for said payday loan. I told **** I wanted my money back as the trading platform was still on test pilot and had not begun. **** got very angry. He said I would regret it. He said I would beg him to stop? He also said I would beg for him to work with me? I wasnt sure what he meant but quickly found out. In a few hours, every password of mine was changed, three email accounts stolen and my laptop was completely taken over, my phone too! Of course my three calls to him regarding returning my money were ignored as was my call to his manager, **** ****, who set me up with such an expert financial advisor. I want my money back plus compensation for the loss of my laptop and new phone requirement. I may have been scammed but I have tons of proof in screenshots, videos and pics. Im sure Im not the only person that has been scammed under this business name?
