      Using a misleading quote to get the pack and move job from me and the insurance adjuster. Finally charge 10 times more than the quote. Definitely an insurance scam.

      The crew that came in to do the restoration work and repairs were fabulous. Im happy with the work theyve done. The project coordinator was friendly and always answered my calls, which I really appreciated. I did get frustrated towards the end of the project because there was some confusion with scheduling and I had to consistently call to get answers and keep the project on track to finish within the 2.5 month timeline, especially since the room belonged to my tenant. I suspect some of this scheduling confusion was outside the project coordinators control and I want to acknowledge that I think he did everything possible to help me get this project to the finish line.
