Wesco Glass is an excellent Glass repair business.They were quickly able to help me with a damaged glass roof on my sundeck that another roofing company damaged.They provided excellent service and cared that I was happy with their service. Highly recomend.

We hired this company to do a window replacement. They took an inordinate amount of time to complete the job during a time when it was freezing cold outside. Many weeks passed. They finally gave us a time/date for the replacement, but ended up being a no-show. More time passed, before getting another appt. During the replacement we heard what sounded like a slip of a power tool, several loud cracks, and the workers swearing as if something had gone wrong. Later we realized there were bits of broken window frame, wood shards, and paint stripped away. The workmen had not reported damage to me and the company did not contact me to explain what had happened. I contacted them. They responded by asking for the rest of payment. I re-iterated the problem. They acted as if they had never received a complaint from me. Again I communicated with the company asking for repair and/or discount. They asked for pictures of the damage, so I sent them. I wondered what responsibility they were taking if they needed pictures from me and appeared not to have even asked the workers what happened. No solution offered on their end. Eventually they ********** me with recourse regarding the remaining bill. Scott was very aggressive, and even came by our home unannounced several times hammering on the door, and interrupting work calls I was on. He also sat in his vehicle outside our home. He never gave any suggestions to resolve the issue. As a consumer, I remain with a fully paid bill now, but damages and costs of repair for what they broke. From other reviews, it appears Scott’s poor behaviour and lack of professionalism are a recurring issue for many customers, and I would avoid him and his business in favour of many others who have good communication and business practises.Wesco Glass Restorations

I retrieved the file. Everything in this complaint is a lie. From estimate to invoice which means from the day we got the call until the day we finished The job was three days. What other glass company completes jobs that quik? Not many. We are an honest, hard-working company, and will not be Called anything otherwise. There was no damage to the house, which can be proven with my pictures. The owner, which she is not can testify to our professionalism. Wescoglass has had an A+ rating for many many years.
